A classic v-neck tennis pullover in a mock cable pattern (no cable needle needed). Trimmed in 2 contrasting colors. Knit in Rowan's Cashsoft dk (superwash wool) or Rowan's Cotton Glace.

SKILL LEVELS FOR KNITTING

Beginner

Projects for first-time knitters using basic knit and purl stitches. Minimal shaping.

Easy

Projects using basic stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, simple color changes, and simple shaping and finishing.

Intermediate

Projects with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables and lace, simple intarsia, double-pointed needles and knitting in the round needle techniques, mid-level shaping and finishing.

Experienced

Projects using advanced techniques and stitches, such as short rows, fair isle, more intricate intarsia, cables, lace patterns and numerous color changes.

GAUGE: 22 stitches and 40 rows = 4 inches in cable pattern on size 5 needles for either yarn;
or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

NEEDLES: size 3 and size 5 straight needles
size 5 or smaller double pointed needles or 4 stitch holders

NOTIONS: tapestry needle

CARE: machine wash, gentle cycle - lay flat to dry
