A feminine version of our masculine pullover (#3 good n plenty). Knit in Rowan's Classic Cashsoft dk (superwash wool) or our cotton version in Rowan's Cotton Glace. The lace under sweater gives the illusion of one sweater worn over another one. The over sweater is worked in a pretty eyelet pattern. The lace faux under sweater is a very easy to work.

SKILL LEVELS FOR KNITTING

Beginner

Projects for first-time knitters using basic knit and purl stitches. Minimal shaping.

Easy

Projects using basic stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, simple color changes, and simple shaping and finishing.

Intermediate

Projects with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables and lace, simple intarsia, double-pointed needles and knitting in the round needle techniques, mid-level shaping and finishing.

Experienced

Projects using advanced techniques and stitches, such as short rows, fair isle, more intricate intarsia, cables, lace patterns and numerous color changes.

GAUGE: 24 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch on size 5 needles for either yarn;
or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

NEEDLES: size 2 and size 5 straight needles
size 5 or smaller double pointed needles or 4 stitch holders

NOTIONS: 3 plastic snaps

CARE: machine wash, gentle cycle - lay flat to dry
