YARN IS NOT PERISHABLE	Knitting is not an Olympic event yet. Everyone knits at their own pace.   We do our best to estimate the amount of yarn knitters need for their projects. Because all people knit differently, you may finish a project with extra or unwanted yarn.   We will take yarn back at any time. We are the Nordstrom of knitting shops. The yarn must be in saleable condition.   No tobacco smell No torn label Hopefully a receipt Exchange or store credit only Your extra ball or skein of yarn might be the ball or skein someone has been searching for over 6 years, or just the 1 ball that will add the finishing touch to a small project. To avoid having less yarn than needed, notice how much yarn you are using. The sooner you let us know you need more yarn the better. We can better determine your needs after you use one ball of yarn for the given project. Just call us .

We try to keep our inventory  as up to date as possible. If we are out of an item you ordered we will notify you with the date we expect delivery. You can decide whether to wait or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
