A perfect bag for summer. This seed stitch bag is knit in the round with Crystal Palace's Party. The purse has a crocheted ruffle edge and ties at each side. For our sample we used Tulip Petals #405 and the handle is translucent pink.

	Beginner	Projects for first-time knitters using basic knit and purl stitches. Minimal shaping.
