Made on straight needles using Brown Sheep - Lamb's Pride Worsted and Berroco's Zap.

When the bag is felted you do not see the Lamb's Pride at all.

When felting the gauge does not have to be exact, but:
If your gauge is too tight the purse will not felt well
if your gauge is too loose you may run out of yarn

Before Felting:
               10 stitches and 15 rows = 4 inches in garter stitch using size
               15 needles;
               or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
 
After Felting:
               approximately 14 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches
