We used Lamb's pride worsted along with crystal to make this very unusual texture purse. It is made in the round with practically no finishing required.

 

SKILL LEVELS FOR KNITTING
	Beginner	Projects for first-time knitters using basic knit and purl stitches. Minimal shaping.
	Easy	Projects using basic stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, simple color changes, and simple shaping and finishing.
	Intermediate	Projects with a variety of stitches, such as basic cables and lace, simple intarsia, double-pointed needles and knitting in the round needle techniques, mid-level shaping and finishing.
	Experienced	Projects using advanced techniques and stitches, such as short rows, fair isle, more intricate intarsia, cables, lace patterns and numerous color changes.

YARN	Brown Sheep - Lamb's Pride Worsted 85% wool, 15% mohair 113 grams -190 yards   2 pull skeins required     Lana Gatto - Crystal 63% viscose, 20% nylon, 17% polyester 50 grams - 87 yards   3 balls required
NOTE	When felting the gauge does not have to be exact, but: If your gauge is too tight the purse will not felt well if your gauge is too loose you may run out of yarn
GAUGE	Before Felting: 10 stitches and 15 rows = 4 inches   After Felting: approximately 14 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches
NEEDLES	size 11 circular needle, 24 inches long
NOTIONS	1 pair of M03S purse handles - Silver only           1 set (4 pieces) of purse feet 12mm - gold or silver           1 magnetic snap 18mm (for lined purses only) - gold or silver
CARE	If bag becomes soiled with use - spot clean or dry clean
