FINGERING WEIGHT YARN: approximately 2500 yards-(2286 meters)
Note: The contrasting color yarns (good use for your stash) must be the same weight and must have the same laundering instructions as the main color. If you are not sure of the laundering instructions, you have for the mini sweaters, you will be safe if you wash the sweater by hand, and dry flat—test for colorfastness, even if the main color yarn is machine washable.
For your pullover to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.
