YARN: Malabrigo Lace Merino
           100% baby merino wool
           50 grams - approximately 470 yards

           Note: When knitting with Hand-dyed yarn; no matter how much alike the skeins may appear, there are
                    usually some differences between them. We suggest, therefore, using two skeins of yarn at once
                    throughout,  alternating  every two rows,  or at random.  Most  knitters  do  not alternate  skeins
                    because they believe the differences add to the beauty of the garment.

GAUGE: 27 stitches and 40 rows = 4 inches on size 5 needles in stockinette stitch;
             or size needles to obtain the correct gauge

NEEDLES: size 3 and size 5
                 12 double pointed needles size 5 or smaller to hold flaps until needed

NOTIONS: ring markers
                 tapestry needle
                 6 buttons size 5/8 inch

CARE: hand wash - lay flat to dry; or dry clean
