Brown Sheep Company—Cotton Fine
80% Pima Cotton—20% Merino Wool
1.75 ounces-(50 grams)
222 yards-(203 cm) each pull skein

5(6—7—7—8) pull skeins

For your cardigan to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.

FOR A SUBSTITUTE YARN

SUGGESTED NEEDLE SIZES
- size 4-(3. 5 mm) needles or size needles to obtain the correct gauge
- size F crochet hook

NOTIONS
- Gauge ruler
- Tracking sheets-included with pattern
- 13 split stitch ring markers
- Four double pointed needles
- Tapestry needle

GAUGE
- 29 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches-(10 cm) in knot pattern on size 4 (3.5 mm) needle
- 24 stitches and 34 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) in birds-eye pattern on size 4 (3.5 mm) needle
