YARN USED FOR SAMPLE
Brown Sheep Company—Cotton Fine
80% Pima Cotton    —    20% Merino Wool
1.75 ounces-(50 grams)—222 yards-(203 m) each pull skein

6(7—7—8—9) pull skeins for classic cardigan
5(6—6—7—7) pull skeins for cropped cardigan

For your cardigan to be the correct size, it is not the brand of yarn that matters, but the GAUGE that is important. It is best to refer to the yardage to determine how many skeins or balls to purchase.
